TecTonic Night Summit 2026: The Impact Report

Built by the ecosystem, for the ecosystem.

What happens when you bring 500 people from different corners of Scotland’s innovation ecosystem into one room, give them space to connect, share ideas and explore what’s possible?

That’s what TecTonic is all about.

On 10 September 2026, we brought the community together at Barras Art and Design (BAaD), Glasgow, for our fourth consecutive sold-out TecTonic Night Summit, as part of Glasgow Tech Week.

483 people came through the doors, supported by more than 70 community partners, exhibitors, mentors, sponsors and collaborators. Across the evening, attendees explored the Innovation Market Square, discovered emerging technologies and creative experiences, connected through AI-powered matchmaking and took part in free one-to-one mentoring.

But the numbers only tell part of the story.

TecTonic is deliberately different. No traditional conference programme or endless rows of talks. Instead, we create the conditions for unexpected conversations, cross-sector connections and opportunities that might not otherwise happen.

It’s about shining a light on the people and organisations already doing brilliant work across Scotland, bringing communities closer together and creating opportunities for people to contribute, collaborate and discover what’s possible.

What’s inside the report?

Our 2026 Impact Report looks at the people, partnerships and activity behind the event, including:

What comes next?

Four sold-out events in, we’re exploring what the next chapter of TecTonic could look like.

We’re interested in conversations with organisations, communities and partners who share our belief in bringing people together, breaking down silos and creating opportunities through collaboration.

Whether you’re interested in partnering with us, bringing the TecTonic format to your own innovation ecosystem or simply sharing an idea, we’d love to hear from you.

Let’s create the opportunity for opportunity.

Community. Collaboration. Curiosity.
